Some remodels refresh a room. This one reimagined a life. At 2369 Haversham Close, our team at JM Froehler Construction delivered a full interior transformation across 5,065 sq ft, 4 bedrooms, and 5 bathrooms—turning a good house into a great one. The result is nearly unrecognizable from where it started (and the video walkthrough proves it).

The Briefing and Vision

Keep the character, fix the flow, and elevate every surface. The original layout felt closed off and dim; our mandate was to open circulation, modernize functionality, and create a cohesive design that feels timeless—not trendy.

Flow, Space & Everyday Living

We began by improving how the home moves. Bottlenecks were removed, and key openings widened so entry, living, dining, and kitchen read as one connected sequence. A flexible den/office adds heads-down focus without isolation, and a right-sized dining zone—properly lit—now anchors gatherings comfortably.

Kitchen & Bath Transformations

The kitchen became the engine of daily life: a workhorse island for prep and casual meals, an intuitive appliance triangle, and a walk-in/through pantry to keep counters clear. Durable, easy-care finishes were chosen to perform for years without losing polish.
All five bathrooms were rebuilt around clarity and calm—from a spa-level primary shower with true face-lighting and smart storage, to secondary and guest baths that each have their own identity while sharing a durable, cohesive material language.

Cohesion, Craft & What You Don’t See

Continuous flooring unifies major paths, while trim and millwork add architecture and scale. A layered lighting plan (ambient/task/accent) ensures rooms feel bright and purposeful at all hours. Behind the scenes, we upgraded where it counts—targeted insulation touchpoints, tidier plumbing/electrical, and details you won’t photograph but will absolutely feel in day-to-day comfort
