Matt’s job is to take your custom home and apply a budget. After that, we identify what permits will be necessary to construct your new home.
New construction projects vary depending on your lot location. If it’s a waterfront custom home, we will help you apply for the Chesapeake Bay board approvals necessary to build. We’ll also work with the civil engineers to situate your new home on the lot, including driveways, sidewalks, and final landscaping.
Once we’ve obtained all the necessary building permits and site plan approvals, the J.M. Froehler team will have its initial preconstruction meeting at your building lot.
At that point, it is assigned an on-site superintendent as well as logging you into our online builders website. This will keep all of us on the same page and really streamline the construction process.
Mike will walk you through all the necessary selections to complete the new construction on time. He will also attach a schedule to the new home that will be updated weekly.
As a customer of J.M. Froehler Construction, you’ll be meeting with one of the brothers weekly to discuss progress, decisions, or any other issues that arise during the new build process.
